No Such Thing as a Coincidence?

On a Friday I generally try to post something a wee bit funny.

Today it's maybe more mildly amusing.

Perhaps you've started to notice more synchronicities in your life, too?

One of the many benefits of awakening for me is the total freedom to play in life. And I don't mean that in a frivolous way. Do you remember playing as a kid, when it was real and serious and absorbing... until tea time, when it was all forgotten?

So, this morning I had a call with my peer support buddy. We found each other in a totally odd way, and now have a long chat every couple of weeks about everything and nothing - let off steam, laugh, plot... And often, when we do, I pull cards, or flick on a Human Design transit, or similar. Not in a serious way, more like a side chat. She says, "I'm trying to decide when to release my new course, I was thinking of the..." And I say "23rd?" (because that's what her HD transit says). Yup. Or she says, "It's like you are showing people how to dream," and I turn the "vision" card over at the same time. When her grandchild daughter was born, I pulled a card which had the name the child's parents had secretly chosen.

You can call it coincidence, you can call it reading to much into something, you can say that for awareness it's all the same thing.

Or you can love the real, serious, absorbing play of it.

If you are finding new expressions of self, more play, more not-exactly-coincidences, let us know!

With love, Sara

These days I hang out with my little cat colony, drink a lot of coffee, help clients solve life problems, support people who have been hurt by cult-like groups, host my local poetry society’s online gatherings, read, write, teach nonduality, and play with this expanded understanding of who we are and how it shows up. And it’s so simple. But simple doesn’t always come easy when we have a lifetime of conditioning on top. So, I’m here to help you uncover that simplicity, and reconnect with life.
